And with that, the chase was on....we thought. CFE had some MOW equipment that they had to get off the tracks first, and with the only side track being in Ada past Upper Sandusky, that was the only option, so the train had to sit in Ada for a good hour to wait on the equipment to get out of the way. By that point, the sun had turned, and I opted to not shoot the train passing the turned PLs outside of Ada, but rather a side shot along Ohio 81 about a quarter mile further to the east. Finally, with the MOW equipment out of the way, the train was underway once again. And yes, I believe I did make the right choice going with this side shot. |
