New Orleans Public Belt Railroad SW1000 105 was southbound with a train crossing the Florida Avenue Drainage Canal. The locomotive had been built in August 1971 and the NOPB sold it exactly 49 years later to Fast Track Consulting of North Woodstock, New Hampshire.
