| The passenger station, freight house, and adjoining grounds at Windsor were restored and rehabilitated in 1988. The town, Greater Hartford Tansit district, CDOT, Amtrak, and the Urban Mass Transit administartion all cooperated in 3.7 million dollar renovatio. |
