PRR's Crossing Gate Tower, 1965
Huntingdon. Here is an original photo that I took of Pennsylvania Railroad property in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, during October of 1965. Shown here is the PRR's Crossing Gate Tower that protects the grade crossing for Huntingdon's 4th Street, just before the Juniata River Bridge. It is co-located at the Passenger Station that serves not only the PRR, but also the Huntingdon Broad Top Mountain Railroad. The clock tower on the Huntingdon County Court House is also visible on the right.
