Cool! I saw this car Sunday 2/7/2016 on a westbound Finger Lakes train between Solvay and Geneva, NY. CSX, NYS&W, and FGLK exchange cars in Solvay (near Syracuse). Although I did'nt get a photo of it today, I saw this very same car coming east on the Finger Lakes (FGLK) train bound for Solvay. It sure has struck my curiosity.....wonder where it's goimg now?
