Tom Beckett	General	Interesting album. Things have changed quite a bit since I moved off the Island in 1988-not long after the Ronkonkoma electrification was completed-and now they're adding the second track, almost 30 years later. So train 200 now originates in Deer Park?? That was always a Ronkonkoma-Greenport run. Looks like they are finally getting some progress on the third Main Line track in Nassau County, judging by the photos around Mineola and Merillon Av. That will go a long way toward relieving the congestion on that piece of RR. I shot a lot of LIRR back in the 1980's and 90's, if you look at my albums you can compare. Neil Feldman	General	Hi Tom! The third track is in planning, but no set date for it. 200 has been originating in Deer Park for about 2-3 years now because of Jurors needing to go from westerly points to the courts and the demand existed for this to happen. They added a Train 299 from Riverhead to Ronkonkoma and a 202. For the full run to Greenport. Other than that everything else is still the same.	7/7/2015 6:32:45 PM
