Great Western Sugar steam-Davenport SN 2148 (the last one)
This is the engine that made the final run of a fired industrial steam locomotive, in 1983. The engine was kept serviceable until 1987, and is now the 'sign' for Western Sugar's Ft Morgan plant. When I was there, there was no telling when or if they would fire one up, so I was happy just to get a chance to see them, even cold. These weren't tourist engines, but working steam.
