LOAM Depot
This depot was built by the Louisiana & Arkansas Railway, and was subsequently used by the original Louisiana Midland (LM), the Illinois Central Gulf, and finally the new Louisiana Midland (LOAM). When this photo was taken, it was the headquarters for the new Louisiana Midland. The LOAM stopped running in 1985, and the depot burned down on the morning of 19 April 1986.
