Description:  A CN local approaches Racine Rd. as it heads southwest with 5 cars via former MILW rails at Menasha, WI on 25 Mar. '19. The road is the dividing line for this portion of the absurdly convoluted border between the City of Menasha and the pretentious Village of Fox Crossing (formerly the Town of Menasha, Winnebago Co., WI, until 14 Apr. '16). The train was in the former; I was standing in the latter. The silos at right belong to Orbis, 1320 & 1328 Earl St., (an active rail customer), the locomotive is passing the turnout.
