Album Info:Econo-Rail Corp. does the switching for the Pampa Celanese plant. The plant was sold to Bbbcock & Brown in August of 2007. The site will be converted to a coal-fired power plant. The ERCX engines will pr\bably move on to another location when the coal trains begin arriving in 2009.
